Was it added to the cart by mistake or did you mix up the product in the order? When you received the parcel, did you notice a product defect? We will help quickly resolve the misunderstanding so that you are satisfied with our service and product.

At the point of delivery of parcels of partner postal services, as well as when receiving a parcel from the EU, it is also possible to return, but not individual items, but the entire parcel. If a product is found to be defective and you would like to return it, please do not open other products from the package, we will not be able to accept partial returns of individual products from the order or returns of products with damaged packaging.
If the product has not been opened and the integrity of the package is intact, you can return the product within 14 days of purchase.
Even the most famous manufacturers are not immune to a production failure, we understand that. Therefore, if you find defects, you can return the product in an improper condition.
Please be sure to keep the packaging with the barcode of the product, when applying, we ask you to provide the product itself or the products included in the set (without damage during unpacking and use), all components and product packaging with the manufacturer’s barcode, and as well as a document confirming the purchase of the product in our store.
Our manager will offer possible options for solving the issues, and in case of exchange or return of the product, will tell how to send the parcel to us.
No more than 30 days after receiving the parcel, we study the returned items, make a decision to return the funds to the customer.
